My practice is devoted exclusively to the representation of plaintiffs in employment law matters, including long-term disability benefits cases. I have found that the best outcome follows careful planning tailored to each client's unique situation. Client communication is also extremely important to effectively help my clients recoup the full amount of their lost compensation.

On behalf of employees I file suits for loss of long-term disability benefits under state and federal laws including ERISA, in addition to violations of Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act, Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act and the Wisconsin Fair Employment Act.

When not working I enjoy traveling, theater, reading, and spending time with my family.
