My practice consists of assisting employees in disputes related to their employment, including benefit disputes, contract claims, discrimination, harassment, and retaliation suits. I also handle long-term disability and social security benefits cases for those who have been denied benefits. I have worked as a litigator my entire career having handled a variety of cases. In my experience I understand the often high conflict, emotional, and unexpected difficult situations my clients face.
Outside of work, I enjoy reading, spending time with my wife and our two cats, bicycling, and playing board games.
