My practice is devoted entirely to advocating for employees’ rights to be free from discrimination, harassment, and retaliation; to enjoy a safe and healthy work environment; and to receive the compensation and benefits they are entitled to. In order to ensure those employee rights, I file claims under state and federal laws, including the Wisconsin Fair Employment Act, Title VII, Age Discrimination in Employment Act, Americans with Disabilities Act, Family Medical Leave Act, Fair Labor Standards Act, and the Employee Retirement Income Security Act. I seek to provide each of my clients with high-quality, ethical representation; prompt communication; and an individualized, down-to-earth approach in order to meet and exceed their goals. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, watching hockey and football, collecting vinyl records, playing guitar, and cooking.
